CELEBRATE LEADER APPRECIATION DAY ON APRIL 22!
April is National Volunteer month! All month long, show your favorite Girl Scout volunteer how much they mean to you!
PARENTS - PLAN AHEAD TO THANK YOUR LEADER on Sunday, April 22!
On this day, girls and their families find special ways to thank Girl Scout volunteers.
Here are some other suggestions to thank your Girl Scout Leader:
- Hand-written notes from girls or parents
- A gift of flowers
- Hand-made items from girls
- Gift cards to a coffee shop or restaurant
- Cards, emails or phone calls to express your gratitude
- Ask the girls to think of a special "thank you"!
Know
a wonderful Volunteer? During National Volunteer Week (April 23-29) you
can also head on over to Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, and show
love for your favorite Girl Scout volunteer by sharing what makes them
so special to you.
All month long, show your favorite Girl Scout
volunteer how much they mean to you with a fun, personalized ecard.
Choose from four predesigned templates. Just fill in their name in the text box provided, and share your ecard with them on Facebook, Twitter, or by email! And remember to tag @girlscouts and use #GSCCCVolunteer so we can follow the fun!
