GSCCC Cookie Program Begins January 27 through March 11, 2018!

Cookie Season starts on Saturday, January 27. Are you ready? Here are a some activities and contests to get you started!

Cookie “U” — January 13 OR January 20, 2018:

Check the events calendar at www.girlscoutsccc.org/events for a time and location in your area. Cookie “U” is an event that combines learning and cookie fun so girls are inspired and prepared to have a great cookie season. Girls who complete their passport will receive their Cookie Patch and 2018 Cookie Pin. Girls will also complete parts of one of their cookie and financial literacy badges during Cookie U!

Girls who set up their SMART COOKIES account online,  and send e-cards to family and friends will receive this ‘SMART COOKIE’ patch. SMART COOKIES mobile  is a great way for girls to use technology to increase their sales.

Girls with online sales between January 27 and February 25, will receive the “online” patch. The girl with the highest online sales in each of our six counties: Monterey, San Benito, San Luis Obispo, Santa Cruz, Santa Barbara and Ventura will receive movie tickets and snack passes for her entire troop plus two adults.

Girl Scouts of the USA's Cookie Pro 2018 Contest is an exciting opportunity to high-light the amazing skills and experiences that girls gain through participating in the Girl Scout Cookie Program. Join us in celebrating the cookie entrepreneur skills of Girl Scouts nationwide—unlock an awesome, limited-edition Cookie Pro 2018 patch while earning a chance to be featured on a Girl Scout Cookie package (not to mention going on an all-expenses-paid trip to New York City!)

National Girl Scout Cookie Weekend:  February 23 - 25 2018. Girl Scout councils across the U.S. participate in National Girl Scout Cookie Weekend 2018 celebrating all the fun, learning, and excitement Girl Scouts have experienced selling cookies for 100 years. National Girl Scout Cookie Weekend will offer girls from GSCCC a chance to show off their cookie-selling skills by participating in booth and door-to-door sales throughout  Monterey, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Santa Benito, Santa Cruz, and Ventura Counties.

Bling your Booth
It’s Bling your Booth time! Have fun decorating your booths. Be sure to display the Girl Scout logo prominently. Research shows that girls sell more when the Girl Scout logo is visible. Be creative with displays. When displaying cookies, more is better- stack ’em high and watch ’em fly!

Send your pictures and cookie stories to media@girlscoutsccc.org
