Lace Up. Today is National Walking Day!

Did you know that the first Wednesday in April is National Walking Day?  The American Heart Association sponsors this day to remind people about the health benefits of taking a walk. 

So whether you are walking the dog, walking around the block, or simply taking a 30 minute stroll in the park, getting outdoors is about taking that first step to a healthier and more active you!
